This is at the moment one of my favorite things to eat!! I have it every evening before I go to dance school! It’s full of natural fats from the nuts and seeds and sweetened only by dates and also nuts. It’s high in calorie on the one hand for having the energy to go to do some sports for the next couple of hours, but on the other hand it doesn’t make you feel full and heavy, which before doing sports surely is not that good!!
I make every day another variation, so for this one you need:
• 1 apple
• 1 carrot
• 5 dried dates (2 for decoration)
• 1 dried fig
• a handful of mixed nuts
• a handful of dried coconut
• cinnamon
